Yes. The Base plan is free forever and includes up to 3 events per month, basic analytics, email support, and 100 AI credits. Upgrade to Student, Startup, Pro, ProMax, or Enterprise for advanced features.

Create ticket tiers with custom pricing, capacity limits, and early-bird windows. Attendees receive QR-coded digital tickets via email and WhatsApp. Check-in is instant with our mobile scanner.

We support credit/debit cards, UPI, bank transfers, digital wallets, and cryptocurrency via our wallet system. Payouts are processed to your bank within 3–7 business days after the event.

Yes. You control your refund policy — full refund, partial refund, or credit to attendee wallet. Refunds are processed automatically based on your configured policy.

ZAR (Zero-shot Adaptive Response) is our ensemble AI engine that combines three specialised models for planning, execution, and styling. It provides culturally-intelligent, high-quality outputs for event descriptions, marketing copy, recommendations, and more.

AI credits are consumed when you use AI-powered features: generating event descriptions (5 credits), AI chat queries (5–10 credits), image generation (20–50 credits), or ZAR ensemble queries (60 credits). Credits reset monthly based on your plan.

Absolutely. EventZR is WhatsApp-first. You can create events, manage RSVPs, send invitations, check in attendees, and interact with our Cypher AI co-pilot — all through WhatsApp.

Yes. We use enterprise-grade security including end-to-end encryption, multi-factor authentication, row-level security for complete tenant data isolation, and are compliant with GDPR, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 standards.

Enterprise and Custom plans include full white-labelling — custom domain, logo, colours, and branding throughout the attendee experience.

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data within 30 days in compliance with GDPR. You can also contact support@eventzr.com for assistance.
